cosplay suggestions

i need advice on whom to cosplay for anime boston/otakon. i will probs offer a reward to whoever's idea i pick, but mostly i just need your help

CRITERIA:

- i just spent $45 on a new white wig. so if possible, they must have either my natural hair color (dark brown) or white hair since i dont want to spend a shitton of money on a new wig. the wig has long hair and so do i

-preferably female, or just not like manly man

in terms of complicatedness YES I am going to college for costume design/technology BUT i am also going to college so something i could get done in no more than ten hours of work ie. just not super fucking hard.
